We will not intentionally display sensitive information such as passwords, bank account credentials, or identity documents to customers.

Location functionality may be an important part of the DutiBook Partner App.

You may control location permissions through your device settings. However, disabling location access may affect certain Partner App features.

You must not:

However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

  • OTP;

  • Login credentials;

  • Device;

  • Account access.

You should immediately notify DutiBook if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We retain Partner information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

We may retain certain information after account closure where necessary for:

You must not upload another person's personal information or documents without appropriate authorization.

You must also protect customer information received through DutiBook and use it only for legitimate service purposes.
